Spaghetti with Vegetable Umami Dashi
Spaghetti made with Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi Soup Broth.
Ingredients:

★Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of one packet)

100g Spaghetti

30g Bacon
-
3 Mushrooms (of your choice)

100g Tomato Sauce

1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

50ml Water
Preparation:
Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti. Boil until al dente and then drain. Cut bacon and mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Add olive oil to frying pan, saute bacon and mushrooms. Add tomato sauce and the contents of the Vegetable Umami Dashi packet. Then add boiled spaghetti and mix well.
