Roasted Corn on the Cob with Vegetable Umami Dashi

Roasted Corn on the Cob flavored with Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi.

  • ★Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of 1 packet)

  • 1 ear of Corn

  • 5g Powdered Cheese

  • Parsley (as desired)



Place boiled corn on a griddle. (Secure the corn with aluminum foil to prevent it from moving.) In a bowl, mix cheese powder, contents of 1 packet of Vegetable Umami Dashi, and chopped parsley. Spread olive oil on the surface of the corn and sprinkle on cheese mixture. Bake at 200℃ until golden brown.
