Potato and Shrimp Salad with Vegetable Umami Dashi

Potatoe and Shrimp Salad made with Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi.


Serves 2-3
  • 6-8 small Potatoes

  • 4 bunches Broccoli

  • 1/6 Red Onion

  • 6 boiled Shrimp

  • 6 Tbsp Mayonnaise

  • ★ Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of 1/2 packet)

  • Dash of pepper

  • Paprika powder (as needed)



Peel and boil potatoes, drain and mash roughly. Boil broccoli. Slice red onion thinly. Mix mayonnaise and contents of 1/2 packet of Vegetable Umami Dashi in a bowl. Mix in potatoes, broccoli, onion, and shrimp in a bowl and season with pepper. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with paprika powder if desired.
