Fried Rice with Shimeji Mushrooms and Vegetable Umami Dashi

Fried Rice with Shimeji Mushrooms and Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi.


Serves 2
  • ★Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of 1/2 packet)

  • 150g Rice

  • 50g Shimeji Mushrooms

  • 10g Butter

  • 1/2 Tsp. Soy Sauce

  • Parsley as needed


Cut off the base of the shimeji mushrooms and cut remainder into small bunches. Melt butter in a frying pan, fry mushrooms until soft. Add rice and fry further. Add contents of Vegetable Umami Dashi packet and soy sauce and mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
