Baked Potatoes with Vegetable Umami Dashi

Grilled potatoes flavored with Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Potatoes (medium-size)

  • ★Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of 1 packet)

  • 15 mL Olive oil

  • 10g butter

 

Preparation:

Wrap the washed potatoes in wet kitchen paper, wrap in plastic wrap and cook on 1,000W for 1 minute. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix olive oil and melted butter. Then, mix in potatoes. Open Vegetable Umami Dashi packet and sprinkle its contents over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 10 minutes.
