Chicken Wings and Vegetables in Soup

Chicken Wings and Vegetables in soup made with Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi.


Serves 2-3
  • 5-6 Chicken Wings

  • 1/4 head Cabbage

  • 1/2 Onion

  • 6 small Potatoes

  • Carrot (as desired)

  • 400 mL Water

  • ★Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of 1 packet)

  • 2-3 Tsp Salt

  • 1 Tsp Oil



Cut cabbage and onion into bite-size pieces. Put oil in a pan, pat dry the chicken wings and brown them. Add water, potatoes, and the contents of 1 packet of Vegetable Umami Dashi and bring to a boil. When the potatoes are 80% cooked, add cabbage and onion and simmer. Slice carrots with a peeler, add them to the pan, season with salt, bring to a boil, and serve.
