Pilaf with Vegetable Umami Dashi

Pilaf made with Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi Soup Broth.

Ingredients:

Serves 1
  • 150g Rice

  • 5g Unsalted Butter

  • ★Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of 1/2 packet)

  • Parsley (as desired)

  • Corn (canned, as desired)

Preparation:

Mix boiled rice with butter, corn, and the contents of 1/2 packet of Vegetable Umami Dashi. Serve on a plate and top with chopped parsley.
