Paella with Vegetable Umami Dashi

Paella made with Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi Soup Broth.


Serves 2
  • ★Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of one packet)

  • 1 cup Rice

  • 200g Seafood Mix

  • 1/2 Bell Pepper

  • 1/2 Onion

  • Broccoli, cut into five pieces

  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 400ml Water


Cut bell peppers into 5 pieces, halve mini-tomatoes, and chop onion. Put half of the oil in a frying pan, saute Seafood Mix, Bell Peppers, Onion, and Broccoli. Remove all but the onion. Add the remaining oil and rice and stir-fry until the rice becomes transparent. Add water and the contents of the Vegetable Umami Dashi packet and mix. When the water content is reduced, add the Seafood Mix, Bell Peppers, and Broccoli mixture back in and cook over low heat until the water is absorbed.
