Sautéed Salmon with Vegetable Umami Dashi

Salmon sautéed with Kuze Fuku & Sons Vegetable Umami Dashi.


Serves 1
  • ★Vegetable Umami Dashi (contents of 1 packet)

  • 170g Salmon

  • 2 slices Lemon

  • 30 mL Olive Oil

  • 30 mL Vinegar



Mix olive oil and vinegar, place in a container so that the salmon is fully submerged, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove salmon marinade and sprinkle on contents of 1 packet of Vegetable Umami Dashi. Place salmon in a frying pan and brown. When both sides are browned, place on a serving dish and garnish with sliced lemon.
