Ponzu Tofu Side Dish

A simple yet authentically Japanese side dish using Kuze Fuku & Sons Tangy Umami Soy Sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Kuze Fuku & Sons Tangy Umami Soy Sauce

  • 10 oz. Tofu

  • 1 Shiso leaf

  • 1 tsp Fresh ground ginger (shouga)

Preparation:

Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes. Place shiso leaf on a dish and then the tofu atop it. Add ginger and pour on Tangy Umami Soy Sauce. Serve.
