Shabu shabu with Yuzu Miso

Try Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce as a fantastic dip with the popular Japanese delicacy shabu shabu!


Serves 2
  • Pork, thinly sliced into strips 200~300g

  • Vegetables of your choice (such as Chinese Cabbage, Carrot) As desired

  • Tofu As desired

  • Shimeji mushrooms As desired

  • Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce As desired


  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Cut vegetables of your choice into bite-size pieces.
  3. Add vegetables into the pot. Once the vegetables are well cooked, using chopsticks, dip the pork in the pot until it is cooked thorough.
  4. Dip meat and vegetables in Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce and enjoy!
