Pork-Wrapped Greens & Carrots

Green beans and sliced carrots with Kuze Fuku & Sons Yuzu Miso Dressing.


Serves 1
  • 10 oz Thinly Sliced Pork

  • 6 Large Green Beans

  • 6 Carrot Sticks, thinly sliced

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Flour (as needed)

  • 1 tsp Oil

  • Yuzu Miso Dressing (amount as desired)


Boil Green Beans and Carrot sticks in water with salt. Drain. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper on the slices of pork. Wrap three pork slices around a bundle of 2 carrot sticks and 2 green beans. Repeat for remaining beans, carrots and pork. Coat the pork-wrapped vegetables in flour and fry in a pan with 1 tsp of oil. Add Yuzu Miso Dressing as desired. Remove from heat, cut to the desired size and serve, topping with Yuzu Miso Dressing once more, if preferred.
