Onion Garlic Umami Chicken

A savory lunch or dinner entree of chicken, pan fried in oil and Kuze Fuku & Sons Onion Garlic Umami Sauce.

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • Kuze Fuku & Sons Onion Garlic Umami Sauce

  • Boneless Chicken Thighs, cut into medium-sized pieces

  • Fine sea salt

  • Ground black pepper

  • Vegetable oil (or other cooking oil)


Place chicken thighs in a pan and sprinkle on salt, pepper and flour. Spread this mixture all around the chicken. In a covered frying pan with oil, simmer the chicken until golden brown. Remove the oil and add Onion Garlic Umami Sauce. Stir some more before removing from heat. Serve.
