Carpaccio with Yuzu Miso
 
        
        
Easy to prepare carpaccio with snapper, ready in as little as five minutes!
Ingredients:
Serves 2
- 
Kuze Fuku & Sons Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce 2 Tbsp 
- 
Olive oil 1 Tbsp 
- 
Snapper 1 fillet 
- 
Leafy vegetables of your choice as desired 
Preparation:
- Slice the snapper into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine olive oil and snapper in a bowl and mix well.
- Arrange the snapper on a plate and add your favorite leafy vegetables.
