Dixy Glazed Pork Tenderloins
Ingredients:
Yield: 4 servings
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 Cup Kuze Fuku & Sons Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce
Yuzu Miso Glaze:
Yield: 1.5 cups
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 Cup Kuze Fuku & Sons Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF, season the pork tenderloins with salt & pepper then heat a large oven proof skillet with the olive oil and brown the pork tenderloins on all sides. Roast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 150ºF. Remove from the oven and cover with foil.
- In a 3-quart saucepan bring the sugar & water to a boil and make a caramel; when the caramel become dark brown (not burned) carefully add the vinegar (there will be some splashing), then add the St. Cousair Yuzu Red Miso Sauce and any meat dripping from the pork tenderloins. Stir the sauce until well blended
- Brush the cooked pork tenderloins with glaze before serving and/or slice the tenderloins on the bias with more sauce on the side.
