Yuzu Collins using Kuze Fuku & Sons Yuzu Cocktail Syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Yuzu Cocktail Syrup

  • 2oz Gin or Vodka

  • Club Soda

  • Glass: Highball

  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Method:

Build Yuzu and Spirit over ice in a highball glass. Top with club soda and stir lightly.
