Yuzu Bloody Mary

Yuzu Sour or Shochu Sour using Kuze Fuku & Sons Yuzu Cocktail Syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Yuzu Cocktail Syrup

  • 1.5oz Vodka

  • 4oz Tomato Juice

  • Salt

  • Ground Black Pepper

  • 0.25oz Soy Sauce or Worcestershire Sauce

  • Glass: Highball or Pint Glass

  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel & Olives on a Pic

Method:

Build ingredients in a glass. Shake lightly and pour into a highball or a pint glass.
