Deep Fried Vegetables in Fruit Vinegar Marinade
A healthy serving of deep fried vegetables drenched in a marinade sauce made from Kuze Fuku & Sons Organic Fruit Vinegar Drink - Concord Grape.
Ingredients:

1 eggplant, peeled and sliced

1/2 zucchini, peeled and sliced

5 Shishito Peppers

1/8 bell pepper, green and/or yellow

3 Tbsp. Kuze Fuku & Sons Concord Grape Fruit Vinegar

3 Tsp. soy sauce

Oil
Preparation:
Peel and slice the vegetables into bite sizes. Poke holes in the shishito peppers with the tip of a knife. Deep fry in oil at about 340 F. Remove from oil and marinate in vinegar and soy sauce. Serve.
