Fruit Vinegar Salad Dressing
An easy to make salad dressing made from Kuze Fuku & Sons Organic Fruit Vinegar Drink. The recipe here uses Concord Grape vinegar, but you can use any flavor of vinegar you like!

2 Tbsp. Kuze Fuku & Sons Fruit Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Dash of salt

Chopped Shallot
Preparation:
Pour Kuze Fuku & Sons Fruit Vinegar into a large bowl, add olive oil and mix well. Add salt and shallot. Mix until well-blended. Serve.
