Stewed Meatballs with pearl onions and potato in Kuze Fuku & Sons Garlic & Tomato Sauce.

Ingredients:

Serves 1
  • Kuze Fuku & Sons Garlic & Tomato Pasta Sauce 8 oz.

  • Ground beef 8 oz.

  • 4 pearl onions

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • 1 small potato, peeled

  • Milk 2 Tbsp.

  • Bread crumbs 3 Tbsp.

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil 1/2 Tbsp.

  • Water 1/2 cup

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine milk, bread crumbs, ground beef, and chopped onions. Add salt and pepper as desired. Mix well and shape into four equal-sized balls. Fry meatballs in olive oil on medium heat until lightly browned. Add Kuze Fuku & Sons Garlic & Tomato Pasta Sauce and water, stirring as needed. Cover and simmer on low heat. Peel pearl onions and cut potato into bite-sized portions. Cover and heat these in a microwave for 2 minutes. Add pearl onions and potato to the meatballs and pasta sauce. Stir as needed. Serve with baguette slices.
