Shabu shabu with Yuzu Miso

Pork, thinly sliced into strips 200~300g

Vegetables of your choice (such as Chinese Cabbage, Carrot) As desired

Tofu As desired

Shimeji mushrooms As desired

Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce As desired
Preparation:
- Boil water in a pot.
- Cut vegetables of your choice into bite-size pieces.
- Add vegetables into the pot. Once the vegetables are well cooked, using chopsticks, dip the pork in the pot until it is cooked thorough.
- Dip meat and vegetables in Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce and enjoy!
