Spicy & Sweet Chicken
Spicy and sweet baked chicken using Kuze Fuku & Sons Orange Marmalade.
10 oz. Chicken Thigh
3 oz. Kuze Fuku & Sons Orange Marmalade
3 Tbsp Mirin
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Hot pepper sauce
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized portions. Sprinkle on salt and set aside for 30 minutes. In a saucepan, mix Kuze Fuku & Sons Orange Marmalade, mirin, rice vinegar, and hot pepper sauce until thickened. Pat dry the chicken and sprinkle on flour. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 375°F. Remove chicken from oven and smother in marmalade mixture. Bake again at 375°F for 5 minutes. Serve atop fresh greens.
