UMAMI POTATO SALAD
A delicious potato salad made with Kuze Fuku & Sons Umami Sardines in Traditional Teriyaki Sauce.
2 pieces Kuze Fuku & Sons Umami Sardines in Traditional Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 red onion
1 pinch of salt
2 to 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
Pink peppercorns to taste
Italian parsley to taste
Wash and wrap the potatoes. Microwave 4 to 5 mins at 600W to soften. Cool and then peel the the potatoes. Cut potatoes into bite sizes and put them into a bowl. Thinly slice the cucumber and red onion. Season with salt. Add mayonnaise, mixing well. Do the same with the cucumber and onion once they are dry. Add the sardines, cut to a size you like. Mix well. Remove to a plate and top with pink peppercorns and Italian parsley.
