Carpaccio with Yuzu Miso

Easy to prepare carpaccio with snapper, ready in as little as five minutes!

Ingredients:

Serves 2
  • Kuze Fuku & Sons Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce 2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil 1 Tbsp

  • Snapper 1 fillet

  • Leafy vegetables of your choice as desired

Preparation:

  1. Slice the snapper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine olive oil and snapper in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Arrange the snapper on a plate and add your favorite leafy vegetables.
  4. Pour on Kuze Fuku & Sons Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce and serve.
