Western Omelet

A classic western omelet with the added flavor of Kuze Fuku & Sons Enoki Mushrooms with Seven Japanese Spices.


Serves 1
  • 2 Tbsp Kuze Fuku & Sons Enoki Mushrooms with Seven Japanese Spices

  • 3 Eggs

  • Red and Green Bell Peppers 1/4 each

  • 1/4 Onion

  • 2 strips Bacon

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • Grated cheese (as much as you like!)


Chop peppers and onion. Cut bacon into small pieces. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl. Beat the eggs. Add salt and pepper and beat again.

In a frying pan, melt half the butter. Cook the peppers and onion until somewhat soft. Add bacon and cook until hot. Remove from pan.

Clean the pan and then melt the remaining butter. Add egg mixture and allow it to spread all over the pan. Add pepper/onion mixture to half of the egg area. Add 2 Tbsp Enoki Mushrooms. Add grated cheese. Turn off heat and fold the omelet in half. Serve.
