Umami Ramen
A delicious bowl of Ramen Noodles in savory Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi Soup Broth. This recipe has the ramen topped with pork, nori, leek, and others, but you may add or substitute the ingredients you like!
Ingredients:

1 package (about 100g) Ramen Noodles

1 cup Water

1 sachet Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi Soup Broth

1 tablespoon soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon Chinese soup seasoning

Sliced pork
-
1 tablespoon Menma (fermented bamboo shoots)

Dried nori
-
2 tablespoons chopped leek
-
1 hard boiled egg, sliced in half
Preparation:
Boil the Ramen noodles, drain them and set them aside. Steep the Umami Soup Broth sachet in 1 cup of simmering water. Add the soy sauce and the Chinese soup seasoning. Stir it well and then remove from heat. In a large serving bowl, pour in the still hot broth and add the ramen noodles. Top the noodles with sliced pork, menma, egg, leek and nori. Serve it hot.
