Strawberry Cheesecake

Delicious strawberry cheesecake with no baking required. Just mix, refrigerate, and enjoy!


  • Graham crackers or buiscuits 2.5oz

  • Butter 2 Tbsp

  • Cream cheese 1 cup

  • Unsweetened yogurt 3/4 cup

  • Sugar 1/3 cup

  • Lemon juice 1 Tbsp

  • Gelatin powder 2.5 tsp

  • Water 2 Tbsp

  • Kuze Fuku & Sons Homemade Strawberry Mixer 1/3 cup

  • Water 1/4 cup

  • Gelatin powder 2 tsp

  • Water 1 Tbsp


Soften cream cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix yogurt until soft and smooth.

Place graham crackers or biscuits in a zipper bag and crush with a rolling pin until fine. Add butter and mix well. Remove from zipper bag and press into a removable bottom cake pan.

Put cream cheese in a bowl and mix with a whipper. When smooth, add sugar and mix until smooth. Add yogurt and lemon juice and mix well.

Heat remaining gelatin powder and 1 Tbsp water, add to cream cheese mixture and mix well. Soak 2.5 tsp gelatin powder in 2 Tbsp water and heat in microwave for 20 seconds. Mix into cream cheese mixture.

Pour cream cheese mixture into cake pan, tap out any air bubbles, and cool in refrigerator until hard.

Mix remaining gelatin powder with 1 Tbsp water, heat and set aside. Mix Strawberry Mixer, 1/4 cup water, and gelatin mixture in a bowl. Pour strawberry mixture atop cheesecake and chill until hardened.
