Pizza with Umami Sardines
A simple lunch or dinner entree using Kuze Fuku & Sons Umami Sardines in Traditional Teriyaki Sauce as a topping for pizza.
Ingredients:

5 pieces Kuze Fuku & Sons Umami Sardines in Traditional Teriyaki Sauce

1 package pizza dough (frozen pizza dough is OK, too)

1/4 yellow bell pepper

Mozzarella cheese (as needed)

3 cherry tomatoes

Parsley to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 390˚F (200˚C). Slice the tomatoes into thirds. Slice the bell peppers into about 6 equal sizes. Put the mozzarella, peppers, sardines and tomatoes on the pizza dough. Bake until the crust is golden brown.
