German Pan-fried Potatoes with Dashi Seasoning
Pan-fried potatoes with sausage, onion and parseley and seasoned with Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi.

8 oz Potatoes, peeled

1/2 Onion

2 Small sausage links

1 packet Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi Soup Broth

1 tbsp Butter

Parseley
Preparation:
Cut potatoes, onion and sausage into bite-sized portions. Wrap all three and heat in microwave for about 3 minutes. Fry onions and sausages in a pan with butter until the onion layers break apart. Add potatoes. Fry until the potatoes are slightly browned. Sprinkle on contents of Banno Dashi sachet and mix well. Top with a few leaves of parseley and serve.
