Dashi Umami Yaki Udon

Fried udon noodles with vegetables, flavored with Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi.


Serves 1
  • 1 serving of Udon noodles

  • 2 oz. Cabbage, sliced

  • 2 oz. Onion, sliced

  • 1 oz. Carrot, sliced

  • 2 oz. Pork, cut to bit-sized portions

  • Katsuobushi (dried bonito fish flakes)

  • 1 packet Kuze Fuku & Sons Banno Dashi

  • 1/2 tbsp Oil


Pour oil into a frying pan. Fry the pork and then add the vegetables. Add udon noodles and mix well. Sprinkle on Kuze Fuku & Sons Banno Dashi and mix well. Remove from heat and serve, topped with katsuobushi.
