Dashi Soup Udon

A serving of Udon noodles in a savory broth made from Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi!


Serves 1
  • 1 packet Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi Soup Broth

  • 14 oz. Water

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Sake

  • 1 tbsp Mirin

  • Dash of Salt

  • Chopped leek

  • Kamaboko

  • 1 serving of boiled Udon noodles


Simmer one sachet of Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi soup broth in 14 oz. of water until steeped. Reduce heat and add soy sauce, sake, mirin and salt. Stir. Pour mixture atop one serving of boiled udon noodles. Garnish with chopped leek and kamaboko. Serve.
