Dashi Salmon Cream Pasta

Penne topped with salmon and cream sauce, seasoned with Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi.


Serves 2
  • 1.5 cups Penne pasta

  • 1/2 cup Whole cream

  • 1/2 Onion

  • 4-6 florets Boiled Broccoli

  • 5 oz Salmon sashimi

  • 1 packet Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


Boil the penne in water with a dash of salt until al dente. Peel and mince the onion. In a frying pan, stir fry the onion in olive oil until clear. Add broccoli and salmon, stirring as needed. Add cream and the contents of one packet of Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi and mix well. Finally, add the penne, stirring until well blended. Pepper to taste and serve.
