Dashi Pork

A single serving of fried pork loin flavored with Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi.


Serves 1
  • 1 serving Pork Loin

  • 1 packet Kuze Fuku & Sons Banno Dashi

  • Flour

  • 1 tsp Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce


Slice small notches in both sides of the pork loin. Sprinkle on Kuze Fuku & Sons Banno Dashi (dry, without water) on both sides. Set aside a small amount of dashi for later. Let the pork sit for ten minutes, then sprinkle flour on both sides, making sure it is evenly distributed. Pour oil into a frying pan. Fry the pork until golden brown. In a small bowl, mix the remaining Banno Dashi and the soy sauce, and spread this mixture on the pork. Remove from heat and serve.
