Dashi Fried Rice with Eggs and Shrimp

A quick and easy to make fried rice with egg and shrimp, seasoned with Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi!


Serves 1
  • 1/2 - 1 packet Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi

  • 1 cup Steamed Rice

  • 1 Egg

  • 3 Shrimp tails

  • Chopped Onion

  • 2 tsp Oil


Beat and fry the egg in a frying pan with a small amount of oil. Remove the egg and set aside. Clean the pan and then fry the rice in it with the remaining oil. Once the rice and oil are well blended, add the shrimp one piece at a time. Add egg and mix well. Sprinkle on the contents of 1/2 to 1 packet of Kuze Fuku & Sons Dashi (volume depends on how much umami flavor you prefer). Mix until well blended. Remove from heat and serve, topped with chopped onions, if desired.
